Hadi Aboukhater has about 20 years of experience in business development and administration. After graduating from the University of San Diego in 1993, he became vice president of a startup called LINK-VTC in just three years. LINK-VTC was the very first independent videoconferencing company that captured about 20% of the market from Sprint and AT&T. After his success at LINK-VTC, Hadi followed the founders of LINK-VTC to their new start up, Insight, INC. where they made Hadi in charge of reconstructing their struggling Internet Data Centers in Irvine and San Diego. In 2004, Hadi worked for a $60 million real estate company that focused on purchasing, renovating, and selling residential properties. In 2007, Hadi foresaw the housing bubble to 2008 and switched industries to executive level consulting for small and upcoming businesses.
